Pioneer Radio Operators Society

PROS, The Pioneer Radio Operators Society, is an Amateur Radio club in Western New York.  Our club call sign is K2PRO. 

​

PROS formed in 1982 and we're celebrating 42 years of service to the ham radio community. We've been an ARRL affiliated club since 1988 and we're an active, family oriented group centered in Springville, NY, but we have members from all around WNY.

​

Club meetings are held on the 1st Wednesday of each month at 7 PM (September to May) at the Bertrand Chaffee Hospital,

222 East Main St., Springville, NY (1st Fl. Conference Room). We also meet online via Zoom at:   bit.ly/ecrdaily 
Ask to be put into the PROS Club Meeting room.

PROS participates in “Field Days” and other radio events, as well as promoting ARES, NTS traffic handling and other local events.  We are a Laurel VE ham testing group and we can help you get your Ham Radio License, or to upgrade an existing ham  license.
