2026 Field Days - June 27th & 28th
The PROS Club will again set-up and participate in the ARRL Field Days Weekend. It'll be held again at the Tillinghast's residence at 118 Elm St., Springville, NY. Set-up is around Noon on Saturday & we'll operate until 2 PM Sunday afternoon using our Club Call sign, K2PRO. Stop by for a visit and operate on-the-air using voice or CW Code modes. Everyone is welcome !

Monthly PROS General Zoom Meetings
PROS holds a monthly General Meeting every 1st Wednesday of the month at 7 pm (September to May) online via Zoom.
Anyone interested in radio communications can join in on the meeting and check us out. We're looking for folks interested in Ham Radio, GMRS, MURS or CB radio, Short Wave listening, Scanner Monitoring and Radio Prepping too.
Annual ARRL FIELD DAYS Weekend
PROS participated in the 2023, 2024 & 2025 ARRL Field Days weekend.
We set up at the Tillinghast's residence and had a fun time operating & socializing. Hope that the weather and the band conditions cooperate and make for a great Field Day weekends.
Our 2026 Field Days Weekend is on June 27 & 28, so mark your calendar and join us for the Field Day FUN !
PROS Ham Breakfasts & Luncheons
PROS sometimes has Breakfasts or Luncheon meet-ups to socialize. This spring, we'll meet with the WDN Group on March 21st at 9 AM at Ploetz Farms, 12833 Dowd Rd., Springville, NY for an All-You-Can-Eat Pancake Breakfast that includes Pancakes with homemade Maple Syrup, scrambled eggs, sausages, and Coffee-Tea-Juices. You can also tour the Maple Syrup plant to see how the delicious syrup is made there. Cost is $12. Come join us and the WDN members for a nice breakfast. See the Pictures page.
PROS set-up at Springville Art Crawl
PROS members set-up an EMCOM demo at the 2024 & 2025 Springville Art Crawl. Tim - KD2ONL brought his EMCOM Trailer to display and we had a welcome table with Ham Info. & a CW Oscillator with a Code Key for kids to pound out their name for a prize bah of candy. PROS meets at the "ECR Meet-N-Greet"
PROS meets at the ECR (East Coast Reflector) annual Meet-N-Greet. We mingle and meet with other ham operators & have a great time. Tim, KD2ONL brings his Emergency Communications Trailer to display to the group. It's a real nice way to spend an afternoon, so come join us there.
This years ECR "Meet and Greet" is on: June 20, 2026 from 11AM to 4 PM. (Rain-or-Shine). The cost is $15 per person and kids are free. There's a great BBQ luncheon included. We'll meet at the Martin Lodge in Chestnut Ridge Park, Orchard Park, NY. Tail gating is encouraged for clubs in the large parking lot.
Ham Radio License Testing
PROS can help provide ham radio VE Testing for your ham radio license. Technician, General and Extra class exams are offered FREE from the CCARET VE testing group on an as-needed basis. For more information, contact Devin, KC2RTE by email at: devinmoyer32@gmail.com
