PROS, The Pioneer Radio Operators Society, is an Amateur Radio club in Western New York. 

Our club call sign is K2PRO.

We are an ARRL affiliated club since 1988 and we're an active, family oriented group centered in Springville, NY and we have members in all corners of WNY.

Club meetings are held on the 1st Wednesday at 7 PM (September to May) at the Bertrand Chaffee Hospital, 222 East Main St., Springville, NY (1st Floor Conference Room). 

We may also meet online via Zoom.  Email us to receive information to attend a Zoom meeting.

PROS participates in “Field Days” and other radio events, as well as promoting ARES, NTS WDN traffic handling and other local events.  We have an annual picnic combined with the Western District Net to meet and socialize, and occasionally may have a club breakfast or luncheon.

 

We are a Laurel VE ham testing group and we can help you get your Ham Radio License, or upgrade an existing license.
